Ingredients: water, cauliflower (19%), rice flour, corn dextrose, salt, emulsifiers (E 471, E 412), batter preparations [rice flour, dextrose, salt, textured pea flour, sunflower oil, corn flour, starches, dehydrated vegetables, pea protein, spices, raising agent (E 500), emulsifier (E 412)], sunflower oil, starches, bamboo fiber, spices, soy sauce powder (contains soybeans and wheat ), natural aroma. This product has been manufactured in a factory that uses milk, egg, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and nuts.
No need to thaw.
OVEN 200: Preheat the oven to 200ºC (with air). Heat for 8 minutes. If it is without air, heat 9 minutes. Let the product stand for 2 minutes before consuming.
OVEN 220: Preheat the oven to 220ºC (with air). Heat for 5 and a half minutes. If it is without air, heat 7 minutes. Let the product stand for 2 minutes before consuming.
AIR-FRYER: Heat at 200ºC for 2 and a half minutes.
FRYER: Fry at 180ºC for 2 and a half minutes.
FRYING PAN: Fry over medium heat in plenty of very hot oil for 90 seconds. If you want to prepare with little oil or grilled, cook on each side for about 4 minutes.
