Water, mussel (12%) (mollusk), coating mix (wheat flour, water, yeast, wheat dextrose, salt, spices, modified starch), clam juice (mollusk), onion, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), vegetable oil (*), tomato concentrate, pasteurized cream [cream (milk), stabilizer (carrageenan)], wheat flour, starch, modified starch, butter (milk), salt, spices.
May contain traces of celery, fish, crustaceans, mustard, nuts, egg, soy.
No need to defrost.
Air fryer: Heat to 180ºC for 6 minutes.
Oven 220ºC (with air): Preheat the oven to 220ºC, place the product directly frozen on the oven rack at medium height, and heat for 11 minutes.
Appliances vary considerably, please adjust heating times if necessary.
